How to use the Further Information online form
We request that you fill in the required information so that the information will be linked to your Application Case. If you know the email address of the Primary Assessor for your Application include this as well so they will be notified of the uploaded information.
Electronic filing requirements
Documents should be provided in PDF form unless otherwise advised. Multiple documents should can be provided to us at the same time by uploading all of them into the one online form.
