When to use this form

Complete this form to request a lodgement invoice. You'll need to do this before you submit any of the following types of application:

  • Significant Business Asset
  • Benefit to NZ
  • Intention to reside
  • Residential developments - one-off or standing consent
  • Special Forestry Test - one-off or standing consent
  • Modified benefit test for forestry
  • Profit à prendre
  • Fishing Quota



This process does not apply as there is no lodgement fee requirement for this application type.




Fee

Following receipt of your application an invoice will be sent for the lodgement fee from the Overseas Investment Office to the specified contact person.

Note:

  • We will start to process your application when we receive all the information we need, and the full and correct lodgement fee.
  • The OIO will not refund fees if an application is withdrawn, consent is declined or the OIO finds that no consent was required.
